Ancient wisdom, steeped in every cup.

Ayurvedic Herb Tea Blend – Yoga Tea is a deeply warming, caffeine-free herbal blend rooted in the time-honored traditions of Ayurveda. Designed to bring warmth, balance, and vitality to both body and mind, this is a tea for mindful moments, seasonal rituals, and everyday grounding.

Cinnamon and ginger lead with a bold, warming spice that awakens the senses and soothes from within. Cloves and cardamom seeds add aromatic depth and complexity, white pepper brings a gentle heat, and stinging nettle leaves contribute an earthy, grounding herbal character. Sweet blackberry leaves soften the blend with a gentle natural sweetness that balances the spice beautifully.

Traditionally prepared as a slow-simmered decoction with milk and honey — or enjoyed as a simple infusion for a quicker cup. Either way, the result is rich, spiced, and deeply satisfying.

Traditional Preparation: Simmer 0.4 oz (11 g) in 34 fl oz (1 L) of water for 30 minutes. Strain, add 8.5 fl oz (0.25 L) of milk, and sweeten with honey if desired.

🧘 Caffeine-free. Ayurvedic tradition. Available loose or in tea bags.
